Return & Exchange Policy

Digit Plus sells high quality products to ensure the satisfaction of our valued customers, so most of our products are covered by a warranty

Refund or exchange within 3 days from the date of purchase under the following terms

Keep the invoice or a copy of it-

All product items must be kept intact and carton as received-

Warranty does not apply to products returned without the carton and accessories attached to the product.

The product shall be replaced or returned to the customer within 3 days from the date of purchase provided that it has not been used-

Digit Plus guarantees that the product will be repaired or replaced by the customer in the event that repair is not possible during the warranty period-

The warranty does not cover breakage, damage to the product or misuse, the damage caused by misuse can be repaired or maintained, and the cost will be on the customer.

Not subject to returns or exchanges on personal care products used directly and in contact with the body.

The customer bears the cost of bringing the product and returning it to and from maintenance-

Digit Plus bears round-trip delivery charges in the event of an error from Digit Plus or a manufacturer defect in the product-

The maintenance and repair period is (5) working days and can be extended according to the availability of spare parts for the product to be repaired.

The warranty is for the product or device itself only and does not include accessories or accessories that come with the device-
