If for any reason we are unable to supply you with the products you have ordered, we will not process your order and will inform you accordingly. If you have already paid for the products, we will give you a full refund as soon as reasonably possible

: delivery / collection
You will be asked to choose a specific store that suits you

Note that you may only pick up from a specific store of the same brand as the products being purchased
If you choose delivery, please note that delivery fees and timelines vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you choose, and the delivery address
We will do our best to either deliver the products to your address by the estimated delivery date specified in the order confirmation email
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will contact you as soon as possible with the revised estimated date. We will let you know when the order is ready for collection or when it is delivered to your address, as the case may be.
If you specify delivery to your address and no one is at the specified address at the time of delivery, our courier company will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Products will only be left with a third party (such as a maid or maid) with your express authorization.
All risks in the Products you order (including the risk of loss and/or damage to the Products) pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified on your order.
From time to time, the supply of your products may be delayed or denied for reasons beyond our control (such as material shortages, import delays, or higher than expected demand). In this case, we will do our best to keep you informed but will have no liability to you for such delay or failure.

:Cancellation, Return, Refund and Replacement
If you wish to cancel your order, you can contact our customer service department during business hours and within one hour of placing it


We cannot accept cancellations outside of these periods as the order will be processed and only after that it can be canceled through the returns/refunds process.


If you paid by credit or debit card, and you cancel in accordance with this paragraph, we will cancel the authorization or process the refund transaction (as the case may be) as soon as possible but we are not responsible for how long this will take to reflect on your account


If you wish to return your order for a refund or exchange of certain products, you must inform us within 15 days of receiving your order and in the same condition it was provided, in its original packaging with a copy of the relevant invoice


Any items that were provided free of charge together with the related products must also be returned

Subject to the exceptions below, where you return your order or wish to exchange certain products, we will process refunds upon receipt of returned/exchanged products, excluding any delivery charges you paid. For an exchange, you will either need to place a new order for delivery

In the event that merchandise is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we may offer you a replacement or replacement product or will refund you the full amount, including any delivery fees you paid. In any case, you must return the defective, damaged or incorrect products to us as soon as possible
